I have an educational background (adult and development education) and have throughout my life mainly been working in development cooperation, conflict transformation and human rights issues (the latter two also in cooperation with migrant and refugee organisations. Besides of the educational background I trained in organisational development and conflict transformation, working today in the three areas as a trainer, researcher, consultant and mediator.

I am always curious to meet new interesting people.

Besonderes Interesse an folgenden Ländern und Regionen:
My main working experience is in Central America and northern Latin America and in many countries in Africa, but I also know the Near East rather well.
