Profil:

Philippe Bartholmé is EU Relations Officer for Interpeace, an international peacebuilding organisation that helps divided and conflicted societies build sustainable peace. As EU Relations Officer, Philippe is responsible for developing a strategy for both policy and fundraising at the EU level.

Prior to joining Interpeace, Philippe served as Policy Officer and Senior Policy Officer for the European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO). EPLO is the platform of European NGOs, networks of NGOs and think tanks active in the field of peacebuilding, who share an interest in promoting sustainable peacebuilding policies among decision-makers in the European Union. Philippe joined EPLO in 2005 and was responsible for the EPLO working groups Funding for Peace, focusing on EU financial instruments for external actions, and Civilian Interventions for Sustainable Peace, which follows ESDP and institutional developments in the European Union. 

Philippe is also an independant consultant providing trainings on EU policy and fundraising.
