Specialist and management staff who lead teams or projects in non-profit organisations, the public sector and companies.

Description

The 8-month part-time course in “Mediation, Leadership and Teamwork” is a course of further education for specialist and management staff who design, coordinate and lead work processes in teams operating over great distances and who want to be able to deal constructively with conflicts that arise. Participants gain a training in mediation and sound knowledge of methods for successful communication and conflict management.

  • The blended learning format of this course combines e-learning, residential and self-study phases in a methodologically meaningful way
  • The classroom sessions are grouped together into residential phases that take place in Bonn. The online phases can be completed wherever you are but our tutors still provide you with close support
  • The weekly study time required during the online phases is about 7 hours. You are generally free to study when you want to
  • All course activities, including the communication with participants and tutors, are organised and carried out in an easy-to-use way via our online learning platform
