Diesen Selbstlernkurs gibt es auch auf Deutsch. Sie können die Kurssprache über das Menü oben rechts ändern.
In this Self-Learning-Course you can familiarize yourself with Diana Francis' Conflict Model. The course has three phases.
Phase 1 describes a latent conflict with uneven power relations and possible forms of escalation.
Phase 2 deals with potential levels of negotiation as well as actions of the different actors on the way to a resolution of the conflict.
In the last phase of the course, possible outcomes of the conflict transformation process will be examined.
