Originating from the Netherlands, living in Germany and working internationally as consultant, mediator, trainer and coach for organizations in civil society development, peace building and development cooperation. Active in the scene since 1994.
Studied physics and philosophy, especially focusing on the social role of science and technology. Later further training and study in mediation and organization development.
Training subjects are: intercultural communication, mediation, negotiation, organization development, project cycle management, impact assessment, personal approaches to peace work.
