Background:
Susanne Arlinghaus has been working with the Gesellschaft Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) between 1998 and 2003. Her main areas as a trainer are the design and implementation of interactive trainings in subjects such as management of cooperation, negotiation, consultancy skills, project management, team and organisational development.
Since 2003 she works as a freelance trainer, facilitator and consultant for organisations in development cooperation, German municipalities and private companies.
