Agnes Sander

Trainer for Constructive Conflict Transformation

Agnes Sander has been working as a trainer in various contexts since 2003. Since 2010, she has focused her work in Germany and abroad on Constructive Conflict Management and Transformation.

Agnes is a mediator (BM), systemic consultant (SG), supervisor (DGSV*) and coach (DGSV*). She mainly supports non-governmental organizations, schools, individuals and local authorities.

As the smallest political unit, Agnes considers the municipality to be a central place where the experience of democracy and, above all, the constructive handling of conflicts can be made tangible. Agnes has been supporting and accompanying such processes since 2019 with the approach of Local Conflict Counseling.

In training sessions, Agnes likes to work with what is there. In this way, the focus is on the specific concerns of the participants and the resources of all those involved can be made visible.

Among other things, she is a trainer for the Training on Conflict Competence in municipalities in Germany "Understanding conflicts. Using opportunities." of the Academy for Conflict Transformation.
