Alena Sander

Alena Sander is a researcher at the Center of Development Studies at the University of Louvain in Belgium (UCLouvain) and a co-founder of RESULT - Research Consult where she works as a consultant, trainer and workshop facilitator. She conducts assessments and analyzes, and develops strategies for gender equality, interculturality and sustainability for organizations of the international development cooperation and international businesses. She identifies as a feminist and is particularly passionate about finding solutions for a more inclusive and equal cooperation between the Global Souths and the Global Norths in the context of the bi- and multilateral development cooperation.
