Rosa Katharina Bosse is a qualified psychologist who has studied peace and conflict research, a qualified psychotraumatologist, and a systemic consultant and process facilitator (SG e. V.).
Bosse previously spent ten years in the Middle East and East Africa where she worked as a project manager, consultant and evaluator for foundations, NGOs and GOs. The invaluable work and life experience gained during this time enriches her attitude and empathy for the lives of peace experts working in the field.
“I am familiar with the appeal and risks of the expat life – and have also experienced the challenges that such a life can present for a partnership, family and one’s own life plans. I share the tools gained during my own studies and further training as well as my work and life experience to help resolve issues. I see my role as that of a shaper of mind and soul. My goal is to accompany individuals, generate insights and stimulus for action, and foster impartiality, presence and empathy in daily life. I accompany individuals with the mindfulness and awareness that I continue to hone during my daily meditations.”
