Mariette Nicole Amoussou
Trainer for Decolonising Peace Work
Nicole Amoussou is very active in the field of international cooperation. Since 2012, she has been advising and supporting governmental and non-governmental organizations in the field of anti-racist and discrimination-sensitive public relations work. As a process facilitator, she designs pedagogical concepts for political education work and deals a lot with the analysis of images, language in the context of Black communities in history. Another focus of her work is decolonization and the reflection of colonial continuities.
She is founder of the Black Academy and co-founder of MeineWelt e.V., Place for Africa and has special experience in community work and empowerment of diaspora organizations and people with migration experience.
She speaks Fon, French, German and English and is very open to other forms of communication.
