Samantha Ruppel
Trainer for Gender in Peace and Conflict
Samantha Ruppel is a researcher and lecturer at the Goethe-University of Frankfurt and the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt with a focus on local peace processes, cooperation with international actors and power (im)balances in peace work. She works with qualitative and especially ethnographic methods. Her areas of specialization are West- and East Africa. Further she is the co-founder at RESULT - Research Consult, where she works as a consultant, trainer and evaluator. As an expert for teambuilding, reflexive approaches, do-no-harm, evaluation and monitoring as well as interculturality she conducts assessments and analyzes, and develops strategies for organizations coming from various background like peace- and development or youth organizations.
