Courses in peace and conflict work

Our courses provide comprehensive skills for shaping peace processes and project work in conflict contexts. In addition to the theoretical basics of civil conflict transformation, you’ll learn various methods of conflict intervention. We provide a suitably complex theoretical and practical understanding of conflict dynamics and their non-violent transformation during peacebuilding work.

The participants in our courses are selected during an application procedure. Prerequisites for selection include several years of professional experience, experience in the intercultural field, fluency in German and/or English, willingness to reflect on one’s own preconceptions, and an openness to group and learning processes.
