Gregor Maaß

I am interested in conflicts because they enable movements and create changes in situations in which old structures and patterns do not work/ are not working anymore.

As a freelance advisor in the field of conflict transformation and peacebuilding I work in German communities but am also involved in international projects. Thus, I advise, for example, conflict parties on the handling of conflicts due to societal change processes and assist civil society and public organizations with conflict-sensitive planning and implementation of projects.

The analysis of conflicts is an essential part of my work. As a trainer I enjoy sharing methods and experiences with others as well as learning something new after each training course.
