Trainer for Power and Identity

Tzegha Kibrom is a conflict consultant, organizational consultant, mediator, coach and supervisor.

During her studies, Tzegha researched the interweaving of the linguistic and cultural domain. She studied in Germany, Spain and Venezuela and attended language courses in various Arab countries. From 2006 to 2010, she worked on international projects, for example in the Philippines, Israel/Palestine and South Africa, in the fields of civil conflict management, human rights, participation and development policy for the GIZ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). Since 2012 she has been advising and giving seminars in various institutions and non-governmental organisations such as Amnesty International, Direktion der Justiz Zürich and various other institutions. She contributes through her expertise at the intersection of peace work and colonial continuities and structural discrimination.​
